Abstract: A journal management system consistent with our college is developed with Web language. This system not only overcomes a series of shortcomings in traditional management mode: published in a long time, relatively low efficiency of the management and can not meet the needs of the growing business volume, but also improves the efficiency of journal management effectively. It is wished to be a valuable reference in various schools development of management systems in line with their own situation.
